How Do I Know When My Job Will Be
Delivered? At Victory Movers, Inc we have a system that allows us to
monitor the whereabouts of our trucks on the street. We try to have
as many contact numbers as possible to keep you the customer
apprised of where we are in the delivery cycle.

Why Is My Customer Given a Two Hour Window For
Their Delivery? Can't You Be More Precise? Because
of weather, traffic, and other factors such as problems on the
previous stop, we can not always predict precisely the arrival time
at your site. The more information we have regarding the delivery to
you, the better we are able to serve you. Please let us know any
information you have regarding the conditions at the delivery site,
this will speed up the process immensely.

Will Victory Movers, Inc Set Up Delivery With My
Customers? As a service to our customers, Victory Movers will
make arrangements with your customers to execute delivery of your
products upon request. We will also provide telephone or email reminders prior to
delivery if so needed.

Will Victory Movers, Inc. Delivery Technicians Install
and Haul Away My Customers Appliance? In a lot of cases yes. Our
drivers are trained to do minor installations of appliances. All of
our trucks carry a variety of tools to help facilitate simple installations.

Does It Cost Me More To Have My Products
Delivered To A High Rise Building? Yes. We do have additional
charges when delivering to a high rise. High rise deliveries normally
take more time due to elevator usage in most downtown buildings.
